I have lived in Surrey Hills with my husband Simon and three children for 15 years.
Living in Maling Ward has given me a great appreciation for our community’s unique character and amenities. Maling Ward is a wonderful place with exceptional schools, beautiful parks and tree-lined streets, thriving sporting clubs, and three distinct shopping strips.
I have had a diverse career across the corporate and non-profit sectors. My career in the financial services industry, in banking and superannuation, has equipped me with expertise in strategic planning, financial management and risk assessment—an important skill set for effective governance. My more recent career in the not-for-profit sector has developed my ability to advocate for and understand community needs.
I am running as your local candidate because Maling Ward needs a fresh perspective and an effective councillor who will actively represent your interests at Council. By listening to your voices, I will work to ensure Boroondara Council delivers more outcomes that better align with the values and needs of residents, families, and businesses in Maling Ward.
